By accessing and using Storly ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Storly is an AI-powered storytelling platform that enables users to:

  • Generate creative stories using artificial intelligence
  • Create audio narrations of stories
  • Generate illustrations for stories
  • Export stories in various formats (PDF, audio, images, text)
  • Share stories with others

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans

Storly offers various subscription plans:

  • Free Explorer: Limited features with 5 stories per month
  • Starter ($3/month): Share 10 public stories, generate 50 stories, and use 5 builder templates
  • Pro ($20/month): Unlock all templates, competitions, awards, and community recognition
  • Elite ($79/month): Includes Pro features, expert guidance, competition assistance, and priority support

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to stories you create using Storly. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Platform: Storly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Storly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without permission

7. Child Safety

Storly is designed to be safe for children. We employ content filtering and moderation to ensure all generated content is age-appropriate. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL STORLY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
